Taking responsibility has never been just a matter of title for me. It is a passion. Whether as a branch manager during my dual studies, in competitive sports, or in transformation and turnaround management – extreme experiences have been driving me for many years. I bring this energy to the team and ensure that we surpass ourselves together with our clients.

In numerous projects, I have specialized in managing classic transformation and turnaround phases in upper mid-sized companies, developing sustainable solutions, and effectively implementing them. Allowing for creative chaos in innovative environments and creating structures to turn visions into reality: with this approach, conflicts become clarity and crises become catalysts for profitability and growth.

Identifying and realizing growth opportunities in companies and successfully managing transformations are complex challenges that I have been tackling with entrepreneurial passion for more than 20 years. I started out as a lawyer and tax advisor, structuring and implementing cross-border transactions. From 2013 to 2019, I focused on managing an active investment company in the German SME sector. Since then, I have repeatedly taken on management responsibility as interim managing director in the implementation of growth- and transformation-projects. For me, the greatest satisfaction comes from inspiring employees and managers to embrace the necessary changes and supporting them in implementing these changes successfully. I actively contribute this experience to our transformation and turnaround projects as a consultant or interim managing director. For me, acting entrepreneurially also means taking responsibility myself for upcoming corporate transactions.

For 18 years, I have been working for upper mid-sized companies that are undergoing transformation, want to grow quickly and tap into new markets, or need to assert themselves in a disruptive and highly competitive environment through new initiatives. As a consultant, project manager, managing director, or shareholder, I take responsibility in these situations. I translate visions into a concept, get to the heart of problems, put the project into a financial framework, win over stakeholders, and drive implementation forward. Integrity, fact-based decision-making combined with a healthy dose of pragmatism are particularly important to me. This is how I aim to drive maximum impact for my clients.
