Join us while you’re still studying. From your sixth semester onwards, you’ll work directly on client projects – right in the thick of things, as a valued part of the team.
If we enjoy working alongside each other, we’ll stay connected and you’ll return to us right after graduation – and an extensive vacation.

2.1 First interview

In the first interview, we want to get to know you and give you the chance to get to know us as well. In a relaxed conversation of about 45–60 minutes, we’ll talk about what drives us, what interests you most and some of the moments that have shaped our journeys so far.

By the end of the conversation, we should both have a good sense of whether we can imagine being on the same team.

2.2 Case Study

The case interview begins with a short presentation in which you introduce yourself using a few prepared slides.

Afterwards, we will give you a case study to work on and then discuss with us afterwards. This not a theoretical exercise but a slightly modified real case from our transformation and turnaround practice.

2.3 Personal Fit

If for organizational reasons you haven’t had the chance to meet our founder earlier in the process, you will meet Felix in person. He will talk to you about your experiences, your goals, and your concerns, and answer any questions that came to you during the process. Finally, we will clarify the three key questions together: When will you start? What position will you start in? And what salary do you have in mind?

3.0 Offer

Within 24 hours, our founder will get back to you to arrange the next steps: sending the employment contract, signing, and project onboarding.

Felix about us

In these situations, we are specialists in strategy, finance and leadership – in analysis, conception and implementation – with more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, turnaround management and private equity.

Through structured workshops, interviews and analytical approaches, we work with our clients to answer three essential questions: What are the root causes of the problem? Which solutions can be used to truly overcome them? Which strategic direction will secure the company’s long-term future? We answer these questions within a six-to-eight-week analysis phase and translate them into concrete, actionable measures.

Once we are convinced of a solution, we also convince the stakeholders and fight alongside our clients to put the plan into action. As consultants, with general power of attorney and, if desired, also as interim managing directors. We willingly share our knowledge, with our colleagues and in guest lectures at Germany's leading faculties in the fields of strategy, transformation, and turnaround management: University of Mannheim, HHL, and IfUS Institute.
